Unfriendly staff member on the terrace did not let us sit down for a drink / dinner, saying that it was closing in 15 minutes and instead directed us to a seat in the bar a level lower, with a worse view. We walked by a few hours later and the terrace was still open.

We had a wonderful experience for honeymoon at this hotel. It was clean with friendly staff and in a great location. The Spanish Steps were closed during our stay, so it felt like we had them all to ourselves, enjoying the view from our room and from the rooftop bar. The concierge was very helpful, making our dinner reservations every night for us. They had a special treat for us since it was our honeymoon which made the experience that much better. They checked/cleaned our room twice per day.

Drinks are not exceptional, but the place is.
We enjoyed gin sours on the sun with awesome views to piazza Spagna.
