Didn't have the car I booked. Gave me a smaller one and didn't adjust the cost from the quote on the website. I couldn't see that the car was smaller till I got to the garage just down the street. There was no help to get me the car I had reserved. Simply a no we can't help. Cost me 100€ to drive it to the airport and return it. That location had nothing for me either. Maggiore had the car I needed for the same price and better service. Won't use budget again.

It's a tricky place to return a car rental. The drip off is across street and up a steeped narrow alley with no signage visible from Via Aurigulla. (See pics to go down the way)
