WRONG LOCATION ON MAP... spent 30 mins driving around and around and around.. finally 500 meters away, walked into Raddison Blu only to find the car rental firms were mostly in the parking garage on the back side of the hotel. at THIS ADDRESS - Via Giovanni Giolitti, 267, 00185 Roma RM, Italy. I wrote to avis to tell them. they don't give a $%^#. never updated their website. Just don't rent from here.

Incorrect address given to drop off location causing to be 5 minutes late and charged an extra day. You have lost a customer. Horrible customer service.

Worst rental car service in my life. I have been traveling for the last 15 years and I have not see such bad service at all. My car was not available eventhough I have paid the full amount during the reservation. After I spoke with the manager, he rudely was offering another car (next level higher) but with the cost of almost new rental. If accepted and take his (Manager) offer, this means like renting a car with double price??!!!

Is the worst Avis/budget office, with the most incompetent shady employees ever... they always tries to rip you off with something if you are not careful or take advantage of you if you are in a hurry, specially the guy wearing glasses. Also is in the middle of the hall, no place to sit and thousands travelers passing by every second.

First get into the tremini station building, sign the contract there and then you will be directed to the parking lot close by where you could pick up the car. Beside incorrect address on the google maps and budget website everything went smoothly. Still we booked via external provider (Ryanair) and do not know how it would work if one wants to rent on the spot.
