Lovely place but thin walls, and 2 very thin pillows on bed. No extras and was too tired to call down and wait for more.
Also no door to bathroom/shower! Froze getting a shower as there is no heat in the rooms.

I worked into a place near the hotel, that is magnificent at first look. When you enter the hotel, there is a very large lobby where you can sit on sofa to wait for a receptionist. He will recieve you and explain where is your room. People that work in this hotel are very friendly and always ready to help you. There is the hotel's parking area in front of the hotel. It's free for every costumer staying at the hotel

I don't think this hotel deserves the star rating it has. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff were terrible. Check in was very poor, and we were given the incorrect room key to someone else's room and the staff treated us like it was our fault, and didn't even offer an apology. The room service staff were very rude and shouted down the phone when I was trying to order. The food was overpriced and very poor. Breakfast food was stale and bland. The cleaners barely cleaned the room, and only replaced the bottles of water twice out of the five times they serviced our room. Over all the hotel is quite nice, the pool is a huge plus, but the poor staff and their attitudes along with the poor food made the whole experience disappointing. I would recommend spending the extra and booking somewhere closer to the attractions.

Nice hotel. Great pool and bar. Room is nice and food options nearby. Wish there was at least one English channel on TV and perhaps a fridge and microwave. Good service and staff is nice and responsive.

This is a moderately good conference hotel with a beautiful pool area but I find the guest services lacking. My room had no clock or description of hotel services except for the phone list. I tried calling the front desk and the restaurant several times but never could get an answer. Air conditioning was OK in my room but it was spotty throughout the conference space. I even saw one older gentleman collapse from the heat in one of the meeting rooms. I would not come back.
