I paid for the privilege room, which had a complimentary mini bar. This sounded promising till I discovered mini bar means 2 cans of Coke, one bottle of apple juice and a still and sparkling bottle of water. (On my first night the sparkling had been opened and was half empty! How about a beer or a bit more selection?
The rest was pretty good. Nice room, at least for Rome, and breakfast has a good selection.

A very comfortable hotel. Easy to reach also by metro.
The bed is amazing, so comfortable.
Nice services and good staff.
Rich breakfast.
One note: Mercure doesn't care about the walls, they are dirt and in some point without paint.

Was in Rome for 3 nights and decided to upgrade from my normal IBIS to a MERCURE hotel for my stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with information.The rooms were clean with the added benefit of a mini bar fridge. There is a supermarket 8 minutes away so was able to get milk and yoghurt and some beers and keep them cold in the fridge.

Very easy access to the city via metro which has a major station about 8 minutes walk from the hotel.

It is a quiet location and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very nice comfortable hotel. A little way from the town centre but only 5 min walk to metro. Roof terrace a great way to unwind after a busy day sightseeing......

This hotel is near the subway which is a must in rome. The hotel is a great value for money mid range hotel. Most of the staff is outstanding. The sky bar and gym at the top level exist, though their potential is not fully used.
