A very good commercial hotel rooms are clean and comfortable staff very helpful overall good enjoyed stay .

Food was great service was great. The room we was in had damp on ceiling and bathroom stains on the floor. And we was eating in the restaurant outside and we heard gun shots we later found out someone had been shot just 50yrds from the hotel. Then loads of police attended i went and spoke to the hotel manager he just didn't look bothered and just sorry for the inconvenience. I was concerned for ourselves plus guests I thought he should of acted very different. There was a catch that we did not get told about ither city tax witch is €6 pnpp.

Excellent hotel, our hotel room is a standard with a very generous double bed, television, fridge etc.the pool is really nice with decent sun loungers,canopies with towels supplied and a life saver.restaurant is well laid out with a very good menu and reasonable pricing. The hotel buffet breakfast is one of the best we have experienced and we have travelled all over the world. A well presented extremely clean hotel with pleasant staff . I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel when visiting Rome.The ideal location for visiting the many historical sites in and around Rome.

Overall the hotel was nice. The lobby and dining areas were well maintained and the breakfast was good. Our room was in need of updating with many stains on the carpet and marks/scuffs on the walls.

The room was a bit worn down, but very nice otherwise. Minibar, safe, TV, AC. The windows could not be opened, but the AC kept the room nice and cool. Good hotel breakfast. A bit difficult to get to the hotel if you do not have any shuttle transport. We took the buss to Termini and then the Metro. No elevators and a bumpy walk we eventually made it. Cheap, but I would not recommend. The are a bus stop not far from the hotel, it was way more convenient than the metro. Nice and helpful staff
