Friendly staff who were helpful throughout, particularly Alessandro. Room was bright and spotless and continental breakfast was first class.

We did not like this hotel. It was the only hotel we didn't like on our trip and we think it deserves a single star. We forfeited our last night there and stayed somewhere else.

First, it was sold as a king bed room but the bed was a queen. Second, the bathroom was not cleaned properly. You could see how bad it was when it steamed up. Third, there is zero parking (good luck with that), and this hotel has only floors 4 and 5 of a shared building.. and the elevator is old and super slow. Lastly, and painfully, the WiFi was very slow and kept cutting out.

When we brought the issues like the bed and WiFi up, but they just shrugged their shoulders. The people at the front desk were nice, but told us they couldn't help us. They needed to talk to the owner, but that never happened so we left.

Rooms are lovely, staff helpful, air con great, central to attractions. Lovely quiet area, no road sounds in our room, overall a great place.

Had a great time here, beautiful decor, friendly staff and the location is great for walking to many of the all the main sites of Rome. The hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of a large palazzo.

Rooms are big and decent. Breakfast is basic. Hotel is on the 4th and 5th floor of a building with a rickety 2 person elevator
