Good rooms and a fantastic, central location. Just wish the rooms were cooler. Temperature at night was too hot to sleep in!

Excellent value, terrific staff, super clean room. Breakfast provided and coffee and snacks through out the day in the lobby. The bed and pillows are very comfy and the shower and bathroom is updated and modern. Location is convenient to tourist sites and train station.

The hotel was great. It was clean, and it was amazing that we could get tv in English. Breakfast was provided, and the spread was pretty awesome, including more than just a continental breakfast. The staff were very polite, and we enjoyed our stay.

We stayed one night and we highly recommend this hotel. Before checking in this hotel, we had plan to go to Venice and had to leave one of our luggage and they certainly took it 2days before we did check in.(Thanks again) In the morning, Franco the staff in the hotel was serving us with smile. Excellent service! Close to Termini station. Room is so clean and cozy. Breakfast buffet also awesome!

Room that we were given had a broken and uneven floor. Some tiles in bathroom were broken or missing. Breakfast was excellent and we were able to order a hazelnut crepe for breakfast too. Room needs updating and renovations soon.
