Whether you're a local or a visitor, the studio will welcome you with open arms and an open heart! A must try for all yogis and ideal if you're looking to get into yoga or have been practicing for years. I'd give it ten stars if I could!

After having done extensive yoga research in Rome for few months, I defenitely consider Zem being the best yoga studio in town.
It's located in the most important and elegant area of the historical center.
You'll find yourself in a very beautiful space to practice in, filled with a wonderful energy and light. The atmosphere at Zem is so warmful you really feel at home, ....often even better than home!!!
The vinyasa, hata, yin and yoga dance experienced teachers are excellent: professional and very kind, but most of all they always extraordinarily succeed in making you feel much much better than when you came in!!!
At Zem you'll also find the perfect variety of classes types (from slower to more intense) able to suit your energy level on that specific day.
Amity from Seattle is Zem's owner, she is such a wonderful human being you just can't get enough of her positive energy and sweetness. Her dynamic flow and fun class is my favorite ever.
