Friendly staff and fair prices. However, when renting a bicycle, make sure to inspect the technical state, specialy the tires and valves. Some bikes are in poor condition. You don't want to strand 15 km up the road and having to walk back. Beware that the ancient road is a challenge for inexperienced cyclists.

The staff is really nice an very helpful but the normal bicyces are pretty hard to drive. I recomend electric bicycles.

Good cheap bike rental, bikes aren't too good for bumpy via appia but can't complain for the price.
