Great location - really close to metro and train station. Customer service is okay. Room is a bit dated but well maintained.

I would rate my experience with this hotel as relatively decent.

I enjoyed my stay, despite certain issues. They key problem is an overpowering noise and dense traffic just outside the window... I'm not used to such extreme environment. But then again, I can't think of any other hotel in the area that would be free of this problem... The whole neighborhood just sucks.

There was also a problem with an air conditioning but not the one you would expect - I DID NOT want to have an A/C in my room. At 25 degrees outside? Come on...

Unfortunately, I couldn't turn it off no matter what! Front desk tried to do it remotely but ultimately failed. It was not until the technician came that they managed to solve the problem.

The room was bright, spacious and comfortable. The bed was also nice and I slept well for the whole week, so thank you for that! The bathroom was quite small though... Not to much space to move around.

What raised my eyebrow though was a very ugly bug that crawled out of the foot towel one morning. Geeez! I hope this was only a one-time problem and not a standard occurrence?

But one HUUUGE advantage of this hotel is the breakfast. It was marvelous! I haven't seen better buffet breakfast in a long, long time. Plenty of fresh, tasty and varied foods with as much tea and juice as you want. Cheese, bacon, ham, cookies - you name it, should satisfy every palate!

Anyway, a well-deserved 4 star rating for good beds, perfect breakfast and attentive service.

Checked in at 9pm. No A/C, because it is after Oct 1? Put in courtyard over piano bar. Had to open window for cool air, and listen to music until 1am.

Great location. 2 minutes from Termini station. Lovely breakfast with plenty of choice. Rooms clean. Staff on reception extremely helpful.

This is let you know, I am very disappointed with first impression of hotel with very negative approach from this hotel a male staff who answered the phone today morning at 08:25 GMT.
I called for staff from sales to discuss the group booking in this hotel, he informed Claudia not in hotel very abruptly. Flowed by, I asked him if he can connect me to anyone replacing anyone or to marketing dept., he refused again, then I again asked him to connect to manager who is in charge he refused, then asked his name he refused his name, he said he doesn’t have to give his name to me… then he asked to give my name, I gave my name to him…. He said I am not his customer and there is no reason to give his name and there nothing to do with me….
Then he started helping with the information email conversation which I was not interested without him giving his name….i said I don’t need the hotel and stay information all I need is his name to discuss with management further which he showed all his arrogance…
Surprise to such conversation from a hotel industry which I never experienced worldwide. He completely refused to connect to anyone else in hotel and keep refusing to transfer the calls and banged my call without further discussion.
Very ill treatments, first impression of hotel is completely lost with the group who represent the initial discussion…

Such staff members will only spoil the good impression build by your hotel past years, is this way how your treat your guests also? What trust we guests will have with such arrogance of staff in this industry?
