One of the staff members was a very grumpy old man, who didn't even care about who was in front of him. The other guy was a lot friendlier, so that's one of the reasons it isn't a one or two star review. First car we were given had a leaking rooftop (it wasn't even a cabriolet), the other car was pretty well, though it had squeaking brakes.
