Great location and clean rooms. This hotel is 1 minute away from the Duomo and the republic square and hence convenient for tourists. We did not use a taxi during our whole 4 day trip in Florence as it is easy to walk to all locations and the railway station from this location.

No AC, horrible breakfast, and wifi doesn't work. But the icing on the cake was the semen filled plastic bag we found in our room-absolutely disgusting. This place is horrible.

Nice sized room. Room is serviced everyday, but only receive fresh towels every third day. Front desk attendants were very helpful. The breakfast was a good offering of fresh bread and pastries along with meats and cheeses. They also had coffee machines to make fresh espresso drinks.

Room had access to it from an unlockable back door, on a shared balcony with another room. That was a little sketchy. Breakfast was nice, room was clean Staff was pleasant. The best part about this place is the city it is in. Walking distance to everything, in one of the most beautiful cities I have been in.
