Wonderful hotel, especially the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The room was beautiful, clean, spacious and had a wonderful view. The air-conditioning was very effective.
Maybe in future the prices could be made clearer/more visible when using the pool in Hotel Garden - the small bottle of wine was mysteriously €2 more expensive when we visited a second time. The shaved-haired man who served us that day was also the only unfriendly member of staff in either hotel. A minor quibble in an otherwise perfect stay in Siena.

Amazing hotel, the staff were exceptionally welcoming... after visiting Florence we realise the people Siena are much nicer and welcoming. Looking forward to staying here again soon. Staff more than happy to help with parking, make reservations, suggest places to eat and places to visit. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

This is a delightful hotel in a quiet area but only a fifteen minute walk from the centre of Siena. The room was very comfortable and I even had a balcony. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good. The breakfast was varied and of a good quality. You can even make your own pancakes! However, the reason for the five stars is the staff. They were all friendly and helpful at all times even when I was practising my Italian with them! There was nothing they would not do for us. So I would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again.

The hotel is very close to the center of the city. Parking is available for guests. Room was very clean and comfortable, TV, AC and mini bar available. Very rich and good breakfast. Service very good.
