There's a semi-permanet stall here that sells the nicest hot chillies. Buy the hotter more flavoured one called "Pesto di Etna".

This place has the stairs to take you to the upper side of Siena (if you are walking). Nonetheless, it gives you a good choices of fast food, as well you can purchase clothes and groceries.
