Da evitare. ...siamo arrivati e...sorpresa il 15 agosto con temperature africane....non funziona l'aria condizionata. Disperazione assoluta in tutta Siracusa c'è il pienone. Il personale ci risponde che non possono farci niente. Mi dispiace dire che la struttura potrebbe avere un potenziale ma io li ho trovati poco professionali. Fortunatamente abbiamo trovato un altro albergo

Personale cordiale e disponibile. Colazione buona ed abbondante. Camere pulite ma in stile anni '80... Così come le TV (solo 8 canali disponibili!). Ristorante un po' caro.

The Jolly Aretusa Palace Hotel . (Corso Gelone 45, Siracusa). We spend 4 unpleasant nights in the hotel in July 2014. It is well located and has parking, but that’s about all the positive points. It hardly deserves 3 stars, definitely far from 4 stars. The breakfast was poor and after 0900 o'clock we felt as if there were only leftovers. A small TV in the room with 5 channels, in Italian only. No English speaking channel. Poor maintenance, dripping water from A/C. Not recommended!!!
