Dopo vari noleggi sono riusciti ad addebitarmi ingiustamente un danno. Avevo recensito la compagnia positivamente. Poi devo dire che mi sono trovato molto meglio con la concorrenza dopo che questi sono riusciti a farmi guardare intorno. La macchina che mi avevano dato era piena di botte ed il foglio era pieno di x. Il mio controllo non è stato scrupoloso perchè erano veramente troppi (consiglio non accettate macchine troppo ammaccate) e perchè rassicurato dalla loro dichiarazione "la conosciamo quella macchina ormai!!". Al rientro l'addetto è andato diretto al cerchione dicendomi "e questo??": sono rabbrividito ed ho dovuto pagare il danno. Non avevo modo di oppormi, ma un fare un graffio così lungo sul cerchio posteriore lato guida te ne accorgi eccome. Amen. Ora noleggio altrove e mi trovo bene.

Avoid this place!!! Better to pay a little more for a descent car rental place than to waste your money in this place that won't let you take the car even with a reservation.
They didn't let us pick up the car from our reservation when we arrived at the airport because they don't accept all credit cards. The guy at the counter conveniently suggested us to rent another car from the guy sitting just besides him because he takes all credit cards, and of course the new price for this other car is four times more than the original price.

Der Mitarbeiter von Firefly war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Innerhalb von 10 Minuten wurde uns alles ausführlich erklärt. Das Auto haben wir dann direkt auf dem Gelände des Flughafens abholen können. Schäden am Auto wurden vorher alle noch einmal durchgegangen und notiert. Die Rückgabe des Autos verlief ebenfalls reibungslos.
