If you look for a perfect stay that's the hotel for you. The staff is extremely helpful for each of your requests. The place is well decorated and nice. The room is super silent and the bed is big and comfortable. We also used the wellness zone and it is small but complete

Had a great time at the hotel.Booked it for 7 nights. The family room was all ask for and more. The staff were great special thanks to all the staff at the hotel who made us feel welcomed. To name a few Monica, Paolo and the rest. Looking forward to seeing you guys next year. The taxi cost from the airport was £20 which l understand is beyond the hotel control. Overall the experience was nothing short of outstanding. To others booking this hotel when you get there don't be afraid of asking staff questions they are always willing to help. To the lady who speaks fluent English that told me all about porsecco sorry l didn't catch your name but big thank you to you too.
