Breakfast was ok. Our room was good, nice bed and pillows. No way to adjust room temp. The staff was helpful and friendly. Nice water pressure, but the shower is small. Free WiFi was spotty and slow.

So many great things to say about this hotel, it's clean, it's updated, it's location is great, and the staff is fantastic! The staff definitely made this stay for us perfect, they were so accommodating, always pleasant to talk to, they went above and beyond anything we could ask for when it came to helping us. We asked them for so many things last minute and they never complained, they thoughtfully helped us, and made our wedding trip in Venice so memorable. We genuinely trusted the people at this hotel, we emailed them a year before we stayed and they were so quick to reply and offered their services right away and always kept in fine communication. Don't think twice about staying at this hotel, you will not regret it. They are professional, efficient, and we will forever be grateful for the treatment we got from everyone at this hotel. -Ashleigh and Tyler
So many great things to say about this hotel, it's clean, it's updated, it's location is great, and the staff is fantastic! Easy hotel to get to from the airport. Checking was fast and friendly. Rooms are a nice size with a nice view of a canal. Walls are a bit thin.

We stumbled on this boutique hotel through a Travelocity deal. Boy, were we glad. It was the beginning of our trip and the hotel was wonderful. Rooms were clean, beds great, staff helpful and polite, breakfast introduced us to the automated coffee machines used in Italian hotels and they were fun and produced good coffee. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! It is beautifully located - easy to get to just about any area of Venice and not far from a Vaparato stop. An issue with many hotels is the street noise - there is no issue with this lovely boutique hotel. Hotel even helped with water taxi transport from airport. Gracious and lovely way to start our tour of Italy.

Very nice hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit small, but perfectly acceptable. Would be happy to stay here again.
