Room we had was small and faced the courtyard. We were on 3rd floor. 4th floor has a rooftop restaurant that played music which doesnt enhance your sleep.It is an old building renovated sometime ago. Continental breakfast was very good and plentiful. Staff did not clean tables quickly at height of breakfast time. Front desk staff was excellent, very professional and extremely helpful. Location on Grand Canal very central.

Great location right across from the station, ferry and restaurants all near by. Staff were helpful with directions and suggestions. Only reasons I can't give 5 stars is the rooms were a bit small but that's no fault of the hotel as the building is over 300 years old and in Venice you can't make major modifications to these buildings.

Local to all transport links... Nice little bars around the hotel.. Can Only book in after 2pm the staff was great... We got here 12.30 local time there was a place to store case till room was ready which we left and went for a walk. Rooms are great

The location is perfect, across the street from the train station. Walking distance to the cruise terminal. Tourist sites are easily accessible. Taxi and bus boat landing is across the canal from the hotel. Our room is small but well appointed. Be aware they do not supply conditioner only shampoo. So bring your own conditioner. Clean. Staff friendly and willing to guide you. Our room is of a court yard away from the canal so it is quiet. The waterfront can be noisy.
