I love this hotel. I've stayed here a few times now and it keeps getting better. Great breakfast, super friendly staff, and the location on the quieter North side of Venice is really becoming a cool hipster area.
Waterbus stop just around the corner and there are some awesome bars and restaurants near by.

I stayed at this hotel as part of a group tour and vebice was our last stop. This hotel was very similar in quality to a lot of the other 4 star hotels we stayed at in florence and on the almalfi coast. The rooms are very clean and have plenty of space. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms have all the amenities you would need(tv, coffe maker, a.c., etc.). The bathroom is clean and has a shower tub, which did leak quite a bit in to the floor. Also the shower was not very warm in the morning which was disappointing. The hotel includes breakfast starting at 7:30 which is very good and includes a lot of options such as eggs, bacon, pastries, cereal, etc. Overall my stay at the hotel was pleasant and I would recommend the hotel in the future.

Lovely venue, friendly staff and a well-stocked bar with a good house white. One of the more remote hotels in Venice but gives a glimpse to the less tourism-focused parts of the city.

Remarkable service, very well trained personnel and great breakfast options. No room for dissapointment, I would definitely recommend this one!

Room is very nice. Air conditioning not switched on due to being out of season according to reception. Room is far too warm. Bar is quite expensive as is the mini bar but that's everywhere and not just this hotel. A good location that's nice and quiet but easy to get to the hustle and bustle of Venice.
