terrific! shower a bit small, but they told that that would be renovated in the winter time! apart from that, lovely and cosy hotel!

This is a very nice place to stay; it is really a rather superior B&B (the breakfasts are splendid!). We had a couple of problems but the staff dealt with them promptly and pleasantly. Indeed, all of the staff were excellent.

I've never posted a bad review before but have also never been treated quite so poorly at a hotel. After several exceptional stays in other cities, this was quite a contrast. The rooms are tiny and in the basement remarkably dark, the service was unhelpful and in the end quite rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
