Was picked up on time. Very convient and courteous to me even went out of his way to pick me back up when I missed my flight. I would recommend him to everyone. Cars were very clean and nice. Also when I was lost he stayed on the phone with me until I got to where I needed to be. He gets 5 stars from me. Thank you again for your hospitality Mobay car rental!!!

Awesome and easy rental process. Owner worked with me and was at the airport waiting for me with vehicle upon arrival. Return took 30 seconds with him dropping me at the departure gate to catch my flight. No complaints. Will use again.

We rented a car from them recently, and everything went smoothly. We arrived late night, and this company was the only one to accommodate our flight schedule. Most of the car rental companies in the island close at 8-10pm. They waited for us to land, and got our car within 15 min. It was super clean in an excellent condition. Make sure you buy insurance because Jamaican drivers are nuts. I mean it. Use maps.me app that works offline. You will not get lost! :) Great company, I would use them again.

I have been looking for a place to rent a car but once I saw timeless i just knew this was the place. Mark was great he was there waiting on us to come out he had a cold drink waiting on us. He was so good that he took us to go get money change and all. He made me feel right at home. Price was great the car was great. We ever called him for help once we were at our hotel. Thank you Mark we will be booking again.

After researching different car rental companies in Montego Bay and reading reviews (horrible reviews for most of the major companies), I found Timeless MoBay and saw all of the AWESOME reviews and placed my reservation. Mark was very helpful and professional. I was involved in a car accident that was caused by another driver; I called Mark immediately and he was very helpful throughout the entire process, he walked me through everything I needed to do step by step and he even went above and beyond by speaking to the other driver and obtaining important information that was needed. I was able to receive my full deposit back because of his prompt response to this issue and amazing customer service. He is a very kind person and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to rent a car in this area.
