My first night was terrible. I was not able to sleep at all. The comforters and sheets were disgusting there were stains and still smelled like cigarette. I didn't use them. I was placed in a smoking room since there was no more room available. The room was still reeking with smoke, it seemed like it was not cleaned at all. I requested for another room the next but they were still fully booked. My second night was better. I did not smell the smoke anymore and the sheets were clean, so with my third night. It was quite pricey at $165 for a very basic hotel.

Great in handling costumer. Nice designs. Very comfortable. Every thing is clean. Good place for everyone. Nice location. Just love it

Great English at front desk. Right in heart of bustling area - lots of places for food and drink within short walking diatance. Easy to get to & very nice inside. Rooms are comfortable, beds comfy, but bathroom could be a little cleaner - thought not terrible

A balance between high quality and cost-effective hotel. Big rooms and provided all the equipment you needed. Convenient location with major buses and subway stations nearby. Recommend for family or business travel.
