The hotel located at convenient area. But it looks so shabby. Cheap paint. I don't want to go there never ever.

Was not allowed to check-in earlier than time they provided. The room was okay even though we were expecting slightly bigger bathroom (the one we got was like a cabin style bathroom with toilet seat, sink and really small bath tub). Location was great, close to Hakata station and there was also a local train line around 50 m from the hotel. Staff speaks English and easy enough to understand. Did not make it to the breakfast as they started breakfast too late (7 am, most hotels in Tokyo start breakfast around 6.30 am) and we had a shinkansen to catch.

Good place. Clean rooms. Has the basics. Friendly staff. Good location. Near subway station. Be aware of the streets full of call girls 1 block away. Nothing really inappropriate. Can be fun to see how the business man mentality is over here.
