Pretty good hotel for the price. The rooms are rather spacious for Japan, and the staff speaks excellent English. Having the supermarket next door is also a plus if you're looking to pick up some quick snacks.
If you're visiting, make sure to exit from the Central Exit in Kamata Station, as the Southern Exit will make you walk in a large loop to get here.

The place is little bit hidden, so I really recommend you to follow Google maps, once there, the place is fantastic, it has laundry, and the room are big and clean, as well they provide you with a small fridge and an electric stove which is enough to eat something, there is no restaurant near the hotel, so just go to eat near the station

Very nice people work here, super close to the station, absolutely love the neighborhood more than any place on the planet pretty much, super clean rooms, quiet area, right around the corner from Family Mart as long as they have a vacancy I will definitely stay here when I'm in Japan.

First off the room I'm in is small to our standards. No breakfast as well. But that's where the issues stop. The staff is outstanding. They speak English fluently. Free bathroom items in the lobby to grab; shaving cream, 3 blade razors, combs, lotions, single use wash cloths, the list is rather large. The bathroom is a bit tight but good enough. Quiet sturdy rooms. It seems to be more for business people so not much activity in the halls. All in all 4/5 I'd stay again.
