The location is the reason to choose this hotel. Shin-Yokohama station and airport bus stop are within 5 minutes. Yokohama arena is 7 minutes away. A good hotel to stay overnight after watching a show at the arena. There are lots of restaurants downstairs and convenient store is just around the corner. However, the hotel itself seems quite old. The lobby is ok but when you get to your room, the furnitures and fixtures are quite old. The carpet are so worn out and strained. The rooms smells a little mouldy, too. It needs an upgrade. The bar fridge is not cold at all. I might come back just for the location convenience but properly only one night for a quick stay. I will not choose this place if i am staying longer and want to look for comfort.

Good service and excellent location, but...the rooms are small, old, decaying carpets. Tolerable but not highly recommended

The rooms are very dusty. Look at the ceiling. I kept getting dust in my food. It's a great location, but the cleaning crew are a bit hasty when turning a room.

Beautiful hotel, one of the most spacious Japanese hotels I've ever stayed at. One bad experience we had was that their restaurant isn't foreigners-friendly. Their menu was only in Japanese, no pictures, and when they called staff from the reception desk to assist in translating he didn't translate; he tried to insist we order the set menu which I can't eat since there were a number of things I'm allergic to and when I asked how much it was (to think about whether the price is worth just leaving half the dishes uneaten) he said "can't you read it? It says..." I left a complaint and the manager e-mailed afterwards to apologize, said they would make changes. I'm not sure they have implemented any of the changes he mentioned, but with the close location to Shin-Yokohama station, I would be staying at the hotel again, but eat elsewhere no matter how tired I am.
