My only deception in this museum. The broth has too many flavours. The egg was overcook. Only the sashu was good for me.

I ordered Tonkotsu ramen with special chasiu and the chasiu was really special for me. It was very tasty and made me smile as soon as I tasted one.

The vegetarian ramen at Komurasaki is so delicious! It also seemed to be the only shop selling a vegetarian option in mini size. Highly recommend.

Great ramen and a historic Japanese town feel akin to the fake towns in Disney Land. Very crowded/popular so bring a book/music or friend to keep you occupied whilst queuing.
For a "museum" not much history of ramen (at least none that I saw in English) but loads of choices to eat actual different styles of ramen.
Overall a great time and worth a visit.
