the location is great, walking distance from Sannomiya Station, shopping districts, chinatown and harborland. The rooms are small but really cozy !

Great place, great location and great staff. The place is well worth staying if your in Kobe. Good price as well.

Nice business hotel. They have a good soft drinks all you can drink from 15:00 to 24:00.
Breakfast came included in our package. It's worth the ¥1,100 on it's own too.
The room was clean and the shower excellent.
Reception staff on 2F were attentive and helpful
