One of Kobe's many shopping complexes with a wide variety of shops and restaurants. From the Mosaic complex, enjoy the iconic view of the Kobe Port Tower. The night view is wonderful especially on a cool summer night. Frequented by teens and young adults, it is a very popular dating spot.

Nice place. You can find clothes, food, and entertainment. Close to Kobe port that has beautiful scenery.

Easy to access from JR Kobe Station, and full of stores that appeal to local and international visitors. It's right next to MOSAIC area, where you can hang out near Kobe Port Tower and all the tourist areas nearby. The only downside is knowing when certain shops close if you're visiting late. For instance, the food court generally closes at 9, but last orders are taken well in advance of that. Luckily Promena is nearby and its food court is open late, and so are MOSAIC restaurants. Do your research in case you are hungry!
