Very fresh and friendly Izakaya restaurant with an emphasis on farm to table produce, and a staff that's willing to help out of town tourists. They have an English menu and several staff that also spoke English. There was a variety of fresh vegetables, available with tempura, steamed or with a local cheese sauce. The prices were reasonable and the meal was excellent.

Excellent service!!
As a foreigner, I cannot speak any Japanese. Although this place only provides menu in Japanese but the waitress is very helpful to explain with a good standard of English.
The food is amazing. As a meat lover I'm more than satisfied with the mostly vege-based dishes on the order.
Highly recommend.

With an open kitchen, delicious fresh ingredients, and friendly staff, this restaurant is a worthwhile stop. They don't have an English menu, but for the adventurous eater looking for fresh fare to balance those easy-to-find heavier foods this is a good place to check out.
