Great brewery taproom! Good price for large pours. Nice chilled outdoor seating. Looks like you can take your own bite to eat as a lot were doing or there was a food truck outside. Limited opening so be carful if making the trip from Osaka. Helpful staff on. Of course their beers are good that why I made the trip ;)

Lovely place to have a few pints on a nice day and relax from sight seeing. Easy to find and to get to using the Kyoto subway and bus aystem. I believe their beer menu changes regularly.
No issue ordering in english. Outside, everyone speaks the universal language of beer and the enjoyment of it.

The atmosphere was very similar to American craft brewery tap rooms. The seating is entirely outdoor and there was even a food truck while we were there. No language barrier at all for us English speakers. Do check the hours on their website, as they are sometimes closed during posted hours due to outreach events.

All 7 beers we tasted here are exceptional. The stout is probably the best stout I ever had. Their saison rivals Stillwater Saison. Red is great, and so is their IPA. We were very impressed by this young brewery. I personally think this place has the most consistent high mark of all the varieties. One of the best tasting experience, out of 50+.
They put a lot of thoughts into the naming of their beer, which is poetic and descriptive.
You should check the hour of the tap room on their website, they don't open every weekend. You can bring your own food.
No bottles yet, but I think they will have a great future.
