Spent 2 weeks in Japan and this was our favorite stay out of all the hotels and Airbnb in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, etc. Hotel staff was exceptional and helped us with our struggles with Japanese. They were able to help make recommendations for anything we could ask for help with. The bar was a little pretentious and overpriced but the breakfast every morning was stellar, and had Western and Japanese options.

Amazing stay at a valued price. Bed was comfortable and it was in an amazing location. Close to shopping and great restaurants, and when I traveled away from the hotel, the best train lines were in walking distance. Also, the bar and bartenders were high class cocktail makers. Highly suggest to the traveler.

Beautiful hotel with a beautiful room and convenient location. It's surrounded by stores, close to a station, and there's a food hall just down the road. The facilities were clean and the staff was very helpful!

Convenient location. Very soft and comfortable bedding. Entire floor smelled like smoke, but enjoyed the stay none the less.

During my stay at this hotel, the staff has been very courteous and accommodating. We don't speak Japanese, so we had the staff book us a kaiseki restaurant. It was easy and painless because the staff is well versed in English. The rooms are also very nice. It's common in Japan for everything to be very small. However the rooms here were nice and spacious with plenty of outlets for your electronics. All in all I highly recommend this hotel. It's surprisingly high end for its price.
