Quite cool. It is all covered and there is a lot of different stores so it can be a good idea if it is raining.

Central shopping arcade transecting central Kyoto. One of the main hubs for shopping. Easy to navigate. Some better shops in other parts of Kyoto in my opinion. I'm by no means an expert though.
