Here's the thing with this place, be prepared to wait. The staff are very good and efficient but it seems like everyone and their brother comes here. My technique is show up right when they open and write my name down, leave for an hour and a half, come back, and then I only have to wait 30 minutes or so before being seen. Even with an appointment you will wait around 30 minutes on a good day.
