月見チキンバ－ガ－をいただきました。いつでも変わらない味が、良いですね。｢カ－ネリングポテト｣を、私は気に入ってます。大好きな店の一つです。

Just when I thought KFC service couldn't get any worse, I met the manager here. Experience having taught me there is nothing fast about KFC Japan fast food, I called ahead. I was told it it would take more than 20 minutes to make, and be ready at 17:40. I arrived 17:42 and as instructed, joined the drive through queue. Gave my name. Waited. Waited some more. Manager came out, I thought, great. Then he commanded me in less than polite terms to move bumper to bumper with the car in front. I explained about the telephone order, he interrupted me and told me to move. Arrived at the drive through window at 17:58, according to the receipt the food had been made at 17:32, and was stone cold.
