Location is great, 3 minutes walk from Fushimi station which is only 1 station away from Nagoya station. Walking distance to the Sakae shopping and tourist area. Lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. Staff is friendly and courteous. Somewhat limited in their English but tried hard enough to overcome language barrier. On top of the standard hotel soap and shampoo they provide fancy shampoo and other bathroom supplies at the front desk. Just take a few pumps and bring to your room in little ketchup containers. Booked the hotel at a amazing price point. And the trade off shows in the conditions of the facilities. There are minor damage all over the hotel room. Room size is typical urban Japanese tiny. But the biggest trade-off comes in the bathroom. Smaller than airline economy leg room in the toilet means anyone taller than 6 feet may have a hard time closing the door while seated. And the undersized bathtub is 2.5 feet wide - get ready to rub shoulders with the wall if you make any major movement while taking a shower. Overall considering the price and convenience, I'd say it's a good deal but it's not for everyone.

防音性に大きな改善が必要。ツインルームというものの、ベッドとベッドの間にほとんどスペースがなく、ベッドの近くにコンセントがなかったのも不便。スタッフはとても親切で、値段もリーズナブル。
