Good price and location... Right outside Subway entrance... However the room is tiny... Having difficulty to open luggages

Tiny room on 22F, very cramped for two average sized people and one large suitcase! Nice view of the surrounding area though. Location excellent, entrance to Higobashi station on the doorstep with Namba and Osaka Castle within just a few stops.

Two nights was enough, any more and the room would feel like a prison. It was also quite tatty and very tired - even by Japan and APA standards you expect better for the price.

Very strategic and near to the station. Easy access to downtown Osaka and food. One thing tho: could not find any central wastebin/garbage center in the hotel.. and room service did not pick up the trash properly!

The hotel entrance faces one of the exits of subway Higobashi station making it a good hub for business and leisure. The station is on the same line with Namba, Osaka's transport, shopping, and amusement center. Higobashi station is also connected to the Watanabebashi station via Festival mall. Across the road are two convenience stores (plus one ministore at the subway station). There is no elevator to the exit though.

This hotel has several stories with a public bath and a Vietnamese restaurant. There's also a coffee shop at the entrance. However, not all floors have ice makers and vending machines, so you have to use the elevator to get ice and buy drinks and prepaid TV cards. Rooms are small and amenities are good enough. All rooms have en suite t&b. TV has a good number of Japanese channels, with BBC and Disney-branded D-Life with bilingual option. Spa services are also available. Staff members are helpful and can speak in English. Lobby can be a bit crowded.

Don't stay at Apa Hotels. Only foreigners on tourists visas need to show their ID. As a foreigner here on a long term visa I was still asked to show my ID which is not normally required! I've stayed at dozens, if not hundreds, of hotels across Japan and this was the only place that repeatedly insisted on me showing my ID. #boycottapahotels
