Decent location. Rooms are modern but are smaller than usual Japanese rooms. Nothing too special about the place, but it does get the job done. The staff is very friendly, and are more than willing to put up with your bad Japanese.

since the hotel is located at CBD, receptionists are not quite good in english, they are less flexibility to handle bookings via multiple online agencies, hence they spent 0.5 hrs to find out how to complete the check-in process..
the female post-hot spring area is way too small and makes it so crowded anytime during open hours.
the hotel also makes a new definition to small room > The Hobbit room
however their b'fast buffet tastes good and has great variety..

The location is a little far away from major attractions. Room was clean but very, very small. Staff are great and speak English well.
