Such a beautiful hotel. Room`s wall and carpet were not spotless, other than that it was very clean. Staff are very friendly. Room is not huge but big enough for my family with luggage and pram, no big room in Japan unless you wanna pay for it. Good location. will be my first choice if ever come Osaka again. Has to mention the kids bathroom set, it was too cute. And it was sooooo quite! Can not hear anything from outside our room .

This hotel is nice and the rooms have quite a bit of space. It definitely feels like it deserves more than 3 and a half stars

Convenient location which is accessible within 15min of indoor walk from Osaka JR Station. Check-in and check-out are quick. Clean and tidy room with all basic needs fulfilled.

The place is gorgeous and the rooms are really comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I have had an enjoyable stay.
