This hotel is absolutely horrendous. I
Came here Nov 2017 and I experienced the worst service.
Firstly I wanted a non smoking room. As I entred the hotel floor it stunk like crazy like hundreds of cigarettes smoking off at once.
As i entred my hotel the vents connected to the other rooms leaked of cigarette fumes all night long 24/7.
I asked to change my room if not today from tomorrow. They told me it cannot be done.
The products in the toilet didnt seemed like it was cleaned as it also smelled of used and stinky smells.
I felt absolutely sick during my stay and please I'm doing you a favour by warning you to stay away from this hotel.
Don't be fooled by their price. YOU will be better off somewhere else.

Stayed in one of the traditional styled rooms and it smelled of mackarel fish. The hotel furnishing is not bad. Clean but seemed a bit older. Water pressure on the shower head was poor. Considering that it was one of the cheapest hotel available, I would say it was not bad. Ok to stay a few nights here but I would avoid a prolonged stay.

Nearly SHINKANSEN station.

Very efficient business hotel near shin Osaka station. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were very small but not unexpected. Hotel breakfast may not be included but has many Western and Japanese style items
