Good location with walk minutes to many lines. New look front door in a side lane. Rooms are impressive ly old. 4 main lights share 1 switch, and whole bathroom only have 1 small light, have to shower in dark.

Extremely nice and professional staff. Place is quite clean (as expected of the Japanese). Felt like being at home. Was at ease the whole time.

Pros: Good location, you can walk there from Umeda/Osaka station through their underground mall. Room and bathroom was quite clean. King size bed was very comfortable. Wifi was strong (no lag on Netflix!), and lots of channels on the TV. They also have a drinks vending machine on every floor. There's a Family Mart attached to the building on the first floor too. The building is a little older so you can still smell a bit of the mustiness in the elevators, but the interior of the hotel's just been renovated, so the rooms and hallways feel quite new.
Only recommendations for improvements: seal the bathtub completely with silicon, and vacuum more thoroughly under the bed.
