Love the onsen facilities but wifi is only available on the ground floor!?!

First,no english. Second they are not gracious enough, we happen to have a handicapped with us, and pee on the mattress. They charged us exorbitant amount, paying equivalent of 5 days, whole mattress and more.
Turn us off to come back to osaka with such service. The side street is full of smoking people who just throw cigarette butt anywhere, they should thank this one old guy cleaning it for them.

Hotel with a rather basic character. Staff was friendly but very little English skills. Small rooms as usual in the big cities of Japan. Well located near (above?) Namba Station.
