The hotel is very clean and functional. It is bigger than some other business hotels and you can't beat the location, which is literally right above the underground station. I will definitely use this hotel again if I'm visiting Osaka in the future.

Staying at the Hotel Nikko Osaka was a wonderful experience. It's centrally located with plenty of nearby shopping, and is only a few blocks from Dotombori. The rooms are nice and have comfortable beds. The staff is friendly and helpful, and their concierge spoke perfect english. The breakfast buffet was tasty and offered a huge variety of breakfast food to choose from. I'd definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

The room was very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location to the shops across the road. We took the train here and it was a relatively short walk.

Great , clean [ as all Japanese owned hotels I have experienced are ], very central to the points of interest & shopping [ 2 mins walk !!] , delicious breakfast , highly recommended hotel.

Very convenient nice location: right at the exit of subway station, close to the major tourist area, shopping malls and convenient stores around, and easy access to many tourist spots. Good selection of various nice restaurants in the hotel. Professional services and cleanliness.
