The room was clean and service was readily available. The use of the Handy device provided was very handy indead.

Large room compare to other similar priced hotel, however, Wi-Fi is really bad... Not sure it's just my room or all room...it is fine in the lobby

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the rooms were modern having been refurbished recently. The hotel is in a handy location where you can travel around the centre of Osaka easily.

Hotel was OK, but if you travel with luggage, and you are new to the area, it's not convenient to bring your luggage, try to find your way out of the complicated huge station to the hotel. If you are taking a bus to the airport, then better stay at Hankyu where the bus will pick you up. I bought the bus ticket earlier, but decided to take a taxi to the airport.

This hotel is in my opinion already outdated... For sure the employees and service account workers are kind and helpful. You can get a local plug for USB charging for free at the front desk while your stay. The breakfast is also fine but the charm of the time while it's construction is gone. My hotel room was unfortunately located next to the main air conditioner device and from 7pm you heard working noises. To stay for one night okay....
