Quite a unique experience, don't hesitate to ask the staff how this place works because it is far from obvious. Don't stay more than 2 days, it's not the point of this kind of place.

Unique. We loved this place. Been here with friends and it has been pleasant and a lot of fun.

Great experience! Capsules can get a little hot, but the facilities and the hotel itself were amazing, there's a gym, sauna and pool. Great location with great food places nearby, but even the food at the hotel restaurant is good.

Spa side of things was lovely and relaxing. Unfortunately it felt like you were sleeping on marble and capsule temperatures hot and stuffy. Very little sleep had. Staff were lovely.

I'm 6"2 and fit in the capsules nicely! Amazing experience every westerner should give it a go. Facilities are amazing some of the best I've seen worldwide. Great for solo travellers or pairs. Not that good for groups.
