ビクラムヨガに興味があったので、体験レッスンに行ってきました。
とても広く、開放感のあるスタジオでした。
はじめてだったので緊張していましたが、スタッフさんの対応がとても良く、安心しましたね。
実際に体験してみると、ヨガのポーズはけっこう辛いものでしたが、終わったあとの充実感が最高でしたね。
友だちにも勧めてみようと思います。

I practice Bikram Yoga in Hawaii and wanted to keep up the practice while I was on vacation in Japan. I would highly recommend this studio!! It is CLEAN, spacious and the staff is very friendly. It isn't cheap at $40.00 US for a drop-in class, but I felt like a million bucks after the class, so I guess it was worth it! Namaste!
