Not bad. At least this hotel keep the room clean and fresh.

Wasn't what I expected, we are staying 3 in a room and I got to sleep on bed sofa that had 2 steel beams going across the bed underneath the mattress that made it uncomfortable to sleep. The "western breakfast" was probably the worst I've had yet, it was cold fries, cold onion rings and a lot more. The only thing I enjoyed of the breakfast was their juice and fresh tomatoes other than that it was pretty bad.

Hotel staff is friendly and willing to help make reservations for certain tourist attractions for you. My only real complaint is the lack of actual pillows in the rooms. They are a small piece of memory foam . other than that I really enjoyed my stay

Nice hotel, surrounded by office buildings. Short walk to Tsukiji Fish Market. Free breakfast from 7 to 9. Rooms perhaps a bit small for American sensibilities (and large luggage), but I found it satisfactory.

“Location and English facilities let this hotel that could... down. But it is affordable.”

My booking was last minute and done by my Japanese wife. For the price I cannot complain.
I won't complain either about location for the time I stayed because they had a shuttle bus direct to Tokyo Big Sight which was hosting an event we were attending.

But for a tourist wanting to see Tokyo (particularly if you have never been) the location is not ideal. There will also be difficulty with staff as English wasn't as common as more touristy areas of Japanese.

It doesn't pretend to be anything else though. This is a Japanese business hotel and achieves that function perfectly.

The rooms are clean but the surrounding area and lobby smell as if there is poor water drainage. It's quite pungent when entering hotel (we travelled in May - the summer months would no doubt exacerbate the issue).

The bathrooms are not large enough for foreigners. I have stayed in many Tokyo hotels; the bathrooms here are significantly smaller than the rest. The only bonus is the toilet is separate, albeit it requires keeping the door open in order to fit.

If you really want to stay close to this area, consider hotels closer to Ginza or Tokyo station. None however will beat this hotel for price. But you get what you pay for.

I do leave the hotel wanting to purchase their cool little pillows though. The sleep quality was decent because of it.
Breakfast was very reasonable as well.

Room Tip: The windows are so small that choosing a room will make no difference.
