I requested for early check in prior to the day I arrived, and my wish was granted which was a real treat and I was really grateful for that.
I stayed in a newly renovated clean and functional double room with 4 pillows, a comfortable blanket and good bed which made me sleep well. Breakfast was simple and adequate.
Short walks to the nearby malls, train station and restaurants made everything easy.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Convenient location walking distance from subway and Gai district and small bars and restaurants. While the rooms are small (not unexpected in Tokyo) they were comfortable. Bathroom compact! Good value - you can get larger rooms but need to pay more

Central placed hotel, with value for money. Room was clean and of good quality. The rooms are not big but it does the job, and the bed was good. Breakfast was also good if you compare with price.
Service was good, and the price in the bar was also positive.
No problem to recommend or stay at this hotel next time I'm in this part of Tokyo.

Overall it was good.
I like the shelf the allowed me to place my accessories and skin care.
Bed and pillows were comfortable.
However, the sink was too small while the faucet was comparatively large, the combination made water splashing all over the floor when I washed my face. That was the only thing that I don't like.

Fairly standard room for Japan. Small, but comfortable. Close to Shinjuku station, so it was convenient. The service from the staff was absolutely outstanding, though. Everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure that things were taken care of. I'd recommend this place and would stay again.
