Just attended a meeting at the hotel. Conference rooms were ok, but smoking areas in the hotel were fully open, and the floors were quite smokey.

Not so expensive, far from centre of Tokyo. About 30 to 40 min from Tokyo Stn. by local train and bus. You can enjoy view of Tokyo bay.

Came for lunch on a Saturday. Excellent value for money. The newly developed, not yet finished neighborhood adds to the flair.
